Hello,

My problem is when I try to install site kit plugin to my site in wordpress, I can’t continue all steps, that’s because when I press “Sign In With Google” the page is reloaded only, without taking me to the page which will ask me to choose google account to sign in.

Could you attempt the setup process in an incognito browser?

If the page still reloads, could you check for and send screenshots of any browser console errors?

You can provide a link to screenshots using a service like Imgur or Jumpshare.

@zaaayman thanks for these details!

Could you temporarily disable WP Fastest Cache, attempt the setup process from the start and on this page where you see the instructions could you:

1) Press Sign in with Google

2) If the page reloads, check for browser console errors on the page.

The errors may reveal if there is an issue occurring there. Could you send a screenshot of those errors and the URL in your address bar?

I disabled the WP Fastest Cache, and I tried but I still have the same problem .

@zaaayman thanks for your reply. The onboarding process is different for Site Kit from other plugins, so we’ll need to look into this specifically.

Could you try the setup process in a Chrome browser and check for the errors again on this page?
