Can’t log in to WordPress and web page is a mess

  • I am unable to log in to my site and the page are a mess. All was fine this morning and the site has been up for sometime.
    I tried to clear the cookies and checked with my hosting provider.
    Browser message is page not found.
    Please advise as this is a disaster, it is me business website.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
