Can’t log in to staging site.

    We’ve had a staging site to test different things out before pushing them to live. Well I’ve had no issues until today. I can login to our production site just fine but when I try to login to our staging site it says critical error. At one point it said an email would be sent with instructions but one never was. When I go to https://sharptown.org/sharptown-2023/wp-login.php it just says “there’s been a critical error” with no explanation. This past friday we pushed our staging site to become our production one and I was still able to log into the staging one to test things until today. Not sure what’s going on. Please help.

    Looks like a fatal error happened on the staging site caused this issue, to find the root cause of it, WP_DEBUG mode must be enabled following this guide.

    Since you are a Pro customer, please enable WP_DEBUG mode on the staging site, then reload the staging site’s URL in the browser, and send us the debug.log file in (/sharptown-2023/wp-content/) via this form and we will help you further from there.

    I’m a little confused as we’ve never used Cpanel that the instruction site talks about and our site is hosted at namecheap but I cannot find anything that the video talks about trying to find the wp-config file. I’m not even sure where Cpanel would be. Following the instructions from the link you sent I can’t find anywhere to put in those lines of code.
