I’m trying to log in to my site but I’m getting an authentication pop up prior to the log in screen (using Google Chrome and Edge on Windows 10). I know this is normal for WordPress, but with all of my other sites the details for the authentication are shown in the dialogue box. On this site they are not, and therefore I’m unable to access the back end of the site. Please advise as to what I can do. I do have ftp access.

The site I need help with is https://vexpolincolnshire.org.uk

The authentication pop-up is definitely *not* normal for WordPress.

It’s either added by a plugin, a feature in your hosting account’s control panel, or a manual modification you made to the site’s files.

Your hosting provider should be able to help you identify which one and undo it.
