Can't log in to backend of TLD

Yes I have tried clearing cookies, checking the .htaccess , checking the wp-config.php. I have tried different browsers and read lots of the posts but have not found a solution.

I have checked the DNS and it may be ok. As I said above the front end of both websites work fine. It’s just the backend of the second TLD that I cannot log in to. I am not sure if the first link I put in is correct so here it is again.

anyway it’s just the standard wordpress log in screen and when I try and log in it simply redirects me right back to the log in screen again.

The one thing I may be missing is the Domain Mapping. My host says I cannot use the Server IP Address: because it changes every 72 hours. So I have to use CNAME so I have https://www.burnaby-lawyer.ca in that space. Is that correct. That is my domain that I have installed WordPress on.

For grins and giggles… get your IP right now and plunk that in. See if it works. Then you’ll know.

at least one of us can laugh… do you mean put the IP in the Server CNAME domain: ?? on Domain Mapping or what?

ok I think I get what you mean I put the IP of my primary URL in the A record of my https://www.second-domain.com

I believe I already tried this and it did not solve the issue but I will try it again

no that did not work…

When in my primary domain…I played around with the Domain Options in Domain Mapping and it will not let me select / check Remote Login. I select/check it and click save and it removes the check mark?

any ideas on that

I meant the Super Admin->Domain Mapping menu. where it says IP address. Put it THERE. Just as a test.

But. As I don’t use the plugin, I’ve tagged this for it to show in that feed, and hopefully someone who does use it will come.

This is really so easy. Not sure how I missed it or why no one saw it. If you can’t log into you backend once you have enabled TLD’s it’s might be because you have not set domains under super admin > domains
