can’t log in or access anything in wordpress

    I am having a problem where I can’t access the wordpress login, and also my website formatting got messed up to look really bad.
    everytime I try to access the log in panel, it just brings me back to the messed up home page.

    I have tried overwriting all the old wp files on my FTP server to be back to the originals, but it didn’t fix anything.

    I believe the problem is that while trying to figure out how to change my front page to be redirected to a page I created in wordpress, I changed in the settings to have my webaddress (URL) and blog address (URL) to be something that they aren’t supposed to be.

    Originally the webaddress and the blog address URL were both set to https://www.erixengineering.com (my website).
    but I thought that if I changed them both to https://www.erixengineering.com/?page_id=59, it would automatically forward everyone to that page (which was the home page I created in wordpress).

    If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated.
    P.S. I am fairly new managing a website so keep that in mind.

    fix your urls:

    https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/

    you dont make something up for those settings — they actually mean something.
