Can't Log In my Sub-Domain

  • Hi,

    I have installed my domain with DreamHost.

    I also set-up 4 sub-domains using the one-easy click install.

    Problem:
    1) I can’t log-in to my sub-domain using my existing username and
    password.
    2) I have tried to request a new password but it didn’t recognize my
    email address.

    I do not have any coding experience so I have no clue where I should start.

    I’m hoping to hear from you all.
