Can't log in– login/email/password not working

  • Hi all,

    I am very not tech savvy- unfortunately.

    I had my login name and password saved for admin access to my blog– and after the hard drive was wiped, I re-entered the details as I remembered them, and they won’t let me log in.

    More strangely, when I pressed ‘forgot password’, and it asked for my email address, my email address appears not to be ‘registered’. I don’t understand that.

    So, right now, I cannot access my blog at all.

    Any suggestions??
