can’t log in – login fields just redisplay
-
I recently added 2FA to my admin account at the website: [ redundant link removed ] Worked great a few times, and then one day it suddenly did not recognize any authentication number.
Now no login works on the wp-login.php page, I have to go into the site through ManageWP.com. When I attempt to log in on the wp-login.php page, after I hit enter, the two login fields just redisplay again (with no error message at all), showing the username but the password field is empty – and it just sits there. Does same thing if I try to log in again.
Customers CAN log in through the Woocommerce login on the site.
What I have tried:
-Waiting a bunch of days in case this was a timed block since I had made multiple attempts to log in the first day this happened
-Deactivating 2FA for my two admin accounts
-Deactivating Wordfence
-Leaving Wordfence active but turning off Blocking
-Adding my IP to the whitelist
-Logging in using a customer login to the wp-login.php page, same thing happens
-Changing customer user to an admin role, changing password and trying to log in to the wp-login.php page – same thing happensCan you please help?
