Can’t log in for the first time

Using Dreamhost, I just installed a second WordPress site. (My other one is wadeswire.org.) Their Success email told me:

In order to log in for the first time, you will need to click this
link to set your password: REDACTED

If that link has expired, you can request a new reset link here:

But neither link works. When I submit my email address, I’m told “Check your email for the confirmation link.” But 8 hours later, I’ve received no such email.
