Can’t Log In: Error says “This page isn’t working”

    I cannot log into the back-end of my site after updating the WordPress version. I have done research that says to turn off the active plug-ins, but I obviously cannot log in. I can see there are other ways to do it, but I am in over my head. Please assist me as I have updates I need to post to my website.

  • Have you checked the server for an error log of any sort? That’s where I’d start. usually there will be an php error log somewhere in the root directory where your wp files are stored.

    All set. Some company charged me $50 and fixed it. As my research predicted, it was a plug-in causing the malfunction after the update.
