As suspected, I have no idea what to do with that information. It seems as though the company that hosts the site should do it, but they are gone now. Does that mean I’m stuck like this?

Can you use FTP? Or do you have access to a file management application within your hosting control panel?

FTP into your site and delete the wp-content/plugins/wp-greet-box folder.

OK. I signed up for Logjamming for free FTP and it is not working. Says password is not correct. Recommendation on FTP?

Your hosts use a Plesk control panel. Try to use that to delete the folder.

If you can’t access your files, no one can – paid or otherwise.
