Can’t log in and recover password doesn’t work

  • I can’t log into my website after trying and the password recovery doesn’t work either, after trying again I can also not try again for 24 hours.
    ”Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”
    I’ve tried password recovery multiple times and it doesn’t work, the link is invalid each time. (Note: it didn’t work before the 24 hour lock either)

    You can change your password via database.
    Go to phpmyadmin and select your database,
    Then click on wp_users table.
    Edit your admin record, and enter the user_pass from the following value:
    008f9b7201ff06e78b05a6bcb1fac820
    Now your admin password is:
    123654123
    * Password without space
    After login to admin, you can change your password.

    Note: If your IP has been locked, you can search your ip in database and find the record and delete it!
