cant log in after trying to change URL

Hello!

I am trying to move my website from https://www.breakthroughip.com/test to just https://www.breakthroughip.com

When I first tried through cpanel the website “broke” and I got the 404 message when I viewed my website. I quickly fixed this by putting in the original .com/test back. So I then downloaded a plugin called Velvet Blues Update URLs which automatically updates all links in my wordpress to the new URL. I thought if I used the plugin first and then change the URL in cpanel the website would not break, however when I clicked enter on the plugin nothing changed except that now I can no longer log into my wordpress account. The website is still up and running, I just cant log in and it just redirects me back to log in page with no error message and when I try to reset my password through email it takes me right back to the log in page. Please help!
