After you attempt to login, can you get to https://deercreek.org/wp-admin/index.php directly (put that url in the browser)?

Have you tried the “forgot my password” link?

When I put that URL in the browser, I get the same result. When I click the “forgot my password” link, I input my email address and get a screen that says, “Could not save password reset key to database.”

Have you tried checking with your host if you’ve exceeded the account limits? It could as well be the tmp folder being full. I strongly suggest you check with them.

I’m not sure what you mean by “exceeding the account limits,” but I’m checking with my host to see if the problem is on their end.

I did try logging in with one of the other admin’s credentials. That time I got the normal “incorrect password” screen. (I’m pretty sure the password I used was an old one.) I’m not sure if this information helps isolate the problem.

I heard back from my host. They optimized the MySQL database, and now I’m able to log in. I don’t know what that means, or what I can do to prevent the database from being “over quota,” but I’m glad I can get back into my site.
