Can't Log IN

  • Ever since I updated my software, I can’t sign in to my site. When I put in my url with the (/wp-admin) it comes up to a white screen with nothing on it. What’s wrong?

  • Log into your host’s control panel and check your website’s error logs. Copy and paste the last few lines here.

    That’s the problem when i put in the log in url… it litterally comes up a white screen with no option to sign into my account.

    No, I meant your website host’s control panel. The control panel where you access your database, email settings, etc. There you should find an error log and it will tell us why your website is erroring out.

    Im at a place that says Prostyler Theme and it has dashboard and profile on the left hand side , but that is it. Where would I find an error log.. provided I’m in the right place.

    Sorry, you may need to pay a web developer to come in and diagnose this for you. The only steps I could suggest would involve FTP to delete your plugins and accessing your web host’s control panel (not WordPress’ control panel).
