Can't log in

So I just tried changing my site into a Multisite. I went through the process, changing and adding text in wp-config.php and .htaccess. Then i clicked on the relogin button and it wont let me log in. The only way I can log in is if I change multisite to ‘false’. Did I do something wrong? Can anyone help? I’ve been up and down this forum and cannot find the answer I need.
