Can't Log-In

Hello,

I have a WP website, I have the Log-In written down,
but apparently something is wrong, and I can not Log-In

– Is there anyway for me to Reset the Log-In Info?

– Is there a way to “Install” and Create a Log-In Again?

If not –

Is it possible to copy all files, Install WP Again
Creating the Log-In and then Upload all the backed-up
files on top of the new install? so that the site is
the same but I can log-in?
