I am having a similar issue, though I’m not quite sure if it’s the same issue.

My blog layout is all off, https://www.lucephotog.com.

I tried to install twitterfeed and afterwards I can’t find my log in page, https://www.lucephotog.com/blog/wp-admin. There is no way to get into my backend at all at this point.

Can someone advise?
