Can’t Load URL error – cant get Facebook to work

  • Hi,
    I’m just trying out the free version of the Yith Social for woocommerce plugin with a view to upgrading if the website owner likes it.
    I’m a bit puzzled as I keep getting the following error (below in quotes)

    “Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.”

    The url of the website is https://www.naturescbdoils.co.uk, I’ve added this to domain in Facebook App centre settings – I’ve also added it in the Facebook Login Oauth App Valid OAuth redirect URIs field – what am I doing wrong?

    I’ve disabled the plugin for the time being and using an alternative plugin but would like to get this working. Many thanks
