    Hi,

I have purchased the ZINE version of Flowpaper and created a magazine with the Desktop Publisher. I have uploaded the pdf and the subfolders on my website but I keep on getting the message “Can’t load this PDF. Make sure the PDF exists at the URL you’re loading it from.”
If I try to open the link that I have specified though, I am able to see the magazine.
    This is the link: https://n2nmedia.com.au/flowpaper/Glenhaven/Issue2_May/index.html

Could someone please help as I have purchased the pro version and the fact that isn’t working is really annoying.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The magazine that isn’t working is the first one on the page that I have linked, the cover is the wrong one.

    hy,

i have used the plugin for a few times now on several websites. now i found out that the books won’t show up in IE11 but this error is thrown.
i have already checked if CORS is enabled, which should not be an issue anyway since the files are hosted on the same webspace and other browsers show it like they should.

when i investigate the network flow in developer tools, it shows that address “https://pub.flowpaper.com/docs/https://my.server.com/path/to/file.pdf” is not loaded. if i try to open the url directly in the browser, a cloudflare error 502 – bad gateway – is shown.

are you aware of this issue? is it something i can fix in my sites or does it have to do with IE11 or your service?

    thanks,
    matt
