Can’t load the data!

@anguschang007 thanks for opening a topic and for the screenshots. Could you check the following:

1) Attempt to open Site Kit in an incognito browser window and let us know if the issue persists.

2) We’ve seen this occur in cases where there is a plugin/ theme conflict. If possible, could you safely deactivate your plugins one by one or switch to a default theme to see if one is involved?

Alternatively, you can provide your Site Health Information and we can test a similar setup to look for a possible cause.

Resolved, it was caused by the plugin “Redis”
