We have checked your site and noticed that everything works fine in this regard on our end.
Most presumably, there is a JavaScript or PHP error that occurred for you.
The issue may not be connected with our plugin and the conflict may arise with another plugin.
First of all and most importantly, you can make a DB Backup (you can use Updraft Plus).
Besides this, you can install the Query Monitor plugin, which will show all the possible errors you can come across.
To check the problem, you need to open the browser console with F12.
Then, after clicking on the Add Question, the error will be displayed for you.
Please take the screenshot of the error and send it to us so that we can check and understand the issue more correctly.
Besides this, please let us know the PHP version you are currently using.
