    Hey there,

I can’t for some reason load my website. Neither admin panel (/wp-admin) or site in regular mode works. And I tested if it was just me but it seems to be down for everyone. The last thing that I was doing was installing a new theme. However, I never activated it.

How do I resolve this issue? Thanks!

*I’m hosting via Loopia if that helps.

    Hi,

First, by using your FTP software, your can deactivate your current theme by renaming temporarily the theme folder name.
This will load the default theme (twenty-twelve).
You will see if the error 500 disapear or not.
