I am testing a new webstore. It’s built with elementor and woocommerce. I tested it in different browsers, and found an issue in “log in” page. The RECAPTCHA function seems to block its loading. This issue happens on mobile chrome, mobile edge and mobile firefox. I am using iPhone 13. But on safari it loads ok.

    Is there a solution, please?

Hi @breadf, thanks for getting in touch.

I was suspecting this to be a custom version of the /my-account login created with Elementor, which would not be supported as the default WordPress/WooCommerce login pages are. However, I’m curious that the reCAPTCHA logo suggests it’s loading fine on Safari but not the other main browsers.

As it’s not especially easy to inspect and check for JavaScript errors on mobile like it is on desktop, if you’d like to provide the URL to this page privately so we can look ourselves to wftest @ wordfence . com, that’d be helpful. Please put your forum username in the subject and respond here when you’ve sent it over so I can take a look for it.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

    Hi Peter,

I’ve figured it out. Website has no problem. It’s due to network restriction for google resources. Thanks for reply.

    Regards
