Can’t load any form’s privacy settings on Privacy and Data Settings page

    Hi there,

    I have Caldera forms 1.7.1.4 and WP 4.9.6, and when I pick any form from the select box on the Privacy Settings page, nothing shows up.

    My console shows these errors:

    Failed to load https://example.com/wp-json/cf-api/v2/forms/CF5a340d1bb4c9b?preview=false: Request header field X-WP-Nonce is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers in preflight response.
    index.min.js?ver=1.7.1.4:30 Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input
    at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)
    at r (index.min.js?ver=1.7.1.4:30)
    at index.min.js?ver=1.7.1.4:30

    Hi zviera,

    Thanks for using Caldera Forms, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this inconvenience. This error is telling us that the header field X-WP-Nonce is being blocked due to a security plugin or server configuration. This is a major problem. That’s a header that we rely on and WordPress core relies on. I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to see why this is so.

    Hi Christie,

    I don’t know what was the issue, but just now, I updated your plugin to the newest version and suddenly it worked. I didn’t change any security plugin settings nor server config.

    Anyway, thanks for your help.
