Can’t link products

    Hi, I might be being stupid here but I’m trying to link products on my quiz but the option is greyed out and I can’t click on it. I can link categories but not products. I am using the free version, is this a premium feature? I did have a look online but couldn’t find a list of features for free or premium that mentioned linking products.

    Thanks for reaching out. All the features of our app are available on a Free plan. It seems that your catalog may have been syncing, which is why the Link Products tab was temporarily greyed out. I just checked it and the tab is available already. In case it’s still greyed out on your end please try hard refreshing the page with ctrl(command)+shift+R or clearing your browser’s cache, closing all windows, and logging in again.
