Can't link or press buttons

Hi all,

I am trying to add a new post and am having many problems. First off, I cannot link to anything. Every time I try the page simply reloads and deletes the whole post. I also cannot edit the visibility, the button acts as an anchor and brings me to the bottom of the page. I also cannot change the layout from two columns to one. The publish and status buttons click to nothing. I have tried everything, removed all the plugins, emptied the cache, updated the browser and wordpress, changed back to a more basic theme, even tried on several different computers. No luck.

If anyone has a solution please let me know!
