Can't link my Facebook account with my WordPress account

  • I have been trying to set up the social publisher, but when I click “Link your Facebook account to your WordPress account” to enable it nothing happens.

    I have tried:
    1. Waiting a few minutes.
    2. Deleting the plug-in and reinstalling.
    3. Creating a new app

    None of it has worked

    Im not using any other plugin that uses facebook
