Can't just backup the database

Imagine you have to backup the entire site just for backing up the database? It’s a huge waste of time and resources (RAM,CPU).

FULL BACKUP = FILES + DATABASE
Staying everywhere in description:
“…to create Dropbox FULL Backup (Files + Database) or Restore…”.In PRO version of this plugin is possible to backup Files and Database separately.

The rest of the features of the Pro version is fine. However, Only one year updates is a deal breaker to me unless I would have bought it. Imagine if this plugin had an issue after one year later? then I have to pay to fix it.
After one year with Pro version, you will not be able to update the Pro plugin, but your plugin will work for your version of wordpress.
We also support all of our users.And could you please explain your review or change it?

You (the plugin author and people working with you) cannot support your customers in these forums. That’s simple, if someone seeks support for your paid services then you must direct them elsewhere. Email works too and I’m glad that you direct your customers elsewhere.
However when someone writes about their pro experience in the reviews that is allowed and is even encouraged.
You use the plugin here to upsell and that makes any review here about the pro experience valid and informative.
Cuta, If you need support with the pro version then please contact the author as above. I also encourage you to include in your review the whole experience. Feel free in this review to explain it all to anyone reading about what you went through and how the overall use and dealing with the author was.

And YES, we don’t understand this review:
for one is to expensive, for another to cheap…However the user does not use our Pro plugin to make some reviews about Pro

That’s it: do not tell people in reviews that they cannot speak about the “pro” versions. That’s all.
I didn’t talk about the pro version in my review. When I mentioned that it’s not possible to backup just the database with this plugin, he mentioned that it’s possible to do it with the pro version, then I stated my opinion about the pro version. I rated this plugin 3/5 because it lacks of a major feature which should be in any backup plugin. Imagine you have to backup the entire site just for backing up the database? I understand he may be quite upset about the rate, but if I was him I may go after the people who rated this 1/5 and ask them to reconsider for their rate. I rerated this plugin 4/5 since he sounds upset about all the low rates, but I have yet to test the restore feature, so I am not sure whether it works or not. let me give you a small advice first before finishing my comment, redesign the UI and put “Free Sign Up
to backup more than one website…” section somewhere, the reason why you got a lot 1/5 because many people are made to think they have to register in your site and pay to backup instead of simply using the backup button in the site. oh and because of the wordpress’s cache, it may take a couple of hours to update the stars.
