Can't Install WP Tool Import Plugin

  • I have moved an existing domain to a hosting company I have other websites with and have installed WP on the site using softalicious. I would like to import the WP export file from the old location but I get the following error when I try to install the importer under WP Tools. “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” I have not been able to find a solution. Domain is https://www.alpost53.org.

    Can someone please help?
