Can't install WP theme Photocrati

  • Hi,

    When i try to install an uploaded theme WP made Photocrati, it always fails.
    I click on the button “install” and after 1%, the connection is reset, stoping the process and giving this unfamous “error 101″ message” why?
    help?

    oh, one thing i just discovered, seems like my password doesn’t work anymore to get in https://ayackphotography.co.nf/wp-admin/ and when i tried to get a new password sent to my mail box i got the following message:

    “The e-mail could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…”

    I am a newbie in the world of WordPress and i search the forums to find answer to my problem but couldn’t nail it.

    As this is a commercial theme, you should seek help from the vendors. When purchasing themes, you’re also purchasing support.
