Can't install WordPress w/1and1

    I’m using 1and1 Business Package and I can’t get wordpress installed. I’ve added all the files to my directory, but when I go to the https://www.mywebsite.org/wp-admin/install.php all it displays is:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /homepages/24/d365313305/htdocs/wp-includes/locale.php on line 21

    Any suggestions?
