• I’m new to all this so I apologise for sounding stupid in advance!

I have a domain registered with domain.com. They seem to recommend a site called mojo marketplace with a 1 click installation for WordPress. However, it does not seem this simple for me! Every time I try I get the following message:

“Your server is not accessible and is responding with a 404 response code. #3N8O3A3C4C8E6S1S
The items listed above must be resolved in order to successfully install.
If you need assistance, please contact Domain.com for support.”

If anyone could give me some advice would be amazing.

    thanks

  • Not very familiar with domain.com, Try and manually install wordpress via ftp, sounds like the hosting or server is rejecting it.

You have bought just domain, you have to buy webhosting too! Then transfer domain to you host and install wordpress.

I do not understand you. Sidebar is for widget and in post you can use shortcodes. Could you elaborate more?

I had the same problem when trying to install via simplescripts/MOJO Maketplace.. All you should do is rename the .htaccess file and retry the installation.. After successful installation rename the htaccess to its original name….
