Can't install WordPress on front page. Please help.

Hi all, need some help on my website.

I’ve installed WordPress via Cpanel, but my front page is still showing “index of /”.
Website : Agcatering.com.sg

Funny thing is, if I type eg. /home or /about-us after the address, I’m able to see the twenty-twelve theme.

Would appreciate if I can get some assistance on this. Have spent 8 hours searching the net and trying to uninstall/install/.htaccess/index.php/changing permalinks/changing permissions/upload WordPress & theme via FileZilla…..
