cant install updates.

  • cant install update to 3.9.1. get this:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 178876 bytes) in /home/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 4215

    another error says this:

    an unexpected error occurred. something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this servers configuration. wordpress could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com. (errors point to 4 lines in update.php…. lines 267 and 407.

    any idea what this means and how to fix it? thanks. ??

    This is likely an issue with your hosts’ server. Have you contacted them about it?

    I would first take care of this issue.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size…

    After you have taken care of above issue, if you still get “Fatal error: Allowed memory… “, try increasing memory available for php.

    ive increased memory in the wp-config file. still get the errors though.

    As I suggested in my previous reply, have you contacted your host about it?
