Can't install theme

I purchased a theme from themeforest.net, (boomerang) and it comes compressed. So I extract all the files, then recompress the boomerang theme part (so as to exclude psds, documentation, etc) and try to upload it. But every time it says “The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/zumbainp/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/06.”

What need to be changed so that I can install it?
It’s for a client and it is relatively urgent.
I am also happy to send the original packaged theme to someone if they can send me a compressed theme file that will work.
