Can't install theme

  • I’ve FTP’d a zipped file of the theme I purchased to the wp-admin/themes folder and see it sitting there beside the default “twentytwelve” and “twentythirteen” themes, but when I’m logged in as Admin, it is not listed there as a theme to install. Help!

  • Have you tried asking the theme’s vendors for help? We do not support commercial themes here.
