Can't install the plugin

Hi,
I get a fatal error when i try to activate the plugin:
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/fabienka/www/wp-content/plugins/birds-portfolio/birds-portfolio.php on line 147any ideas?
