Also, just a follow-up note. I also tried to import the database on a site is hosted on AWS. It’s been three minutes and the plugin is still spinning.

So, it would be really nice if you had an alternative option for grabbing the database. AWS and rock space are not cheap be hosting companies. It stands to reason that other people on these platforms also cannot use your plug-in.

As for me, unfortunately on diluting your plug-in and wait for an update that accommodates an alternative database that you scenario. Also, just a follow-up note. I also tried to import the database on a site is hosted on AWS. It’s been three minutes and the plugin is still spinning.

    Hi,

You posted this 10 hours ago. On a weekend. I have only just read this now and haven’t had time to even consider what the problem may be.

There’s been no discussion and no logs or errors sent along or shown to me etc. to help determine what the problem is. With the information you’ve provided, there’s very little to work with.

Then you gave, what has been until now a 5* plugin, a 1* review with an ultimatum that I must provide an alternative or I don’t get a better review?
I’m not quite sure how you think this whole free, voluntary work operates, but this isn’t it.
    We don’t work to ultimatums.

If you asked, you’d have learned that the SQL is shipped with the plugin so you could simply import the database yourself with any other SQL management tool. It’s easily done, and has been covered in previous support query.

I’m gutted that we’ve lost the so-far 5* rating, but more disappointed by the nature of it.

    Thanks for trying the plugin.
