Cant install StageShow 4.2.2 plugin

Hi – I cant install the StageShow 4.2.2 plugin, either direct from the wordpress install page or by dwonloading the zip and uploading it. I had a previous version working on a different site, but I have tried two separate WordPress installations with 4.2.2 and I get a screen message as follows
