Can’t install properly.

    I was trying to access the Product CSV Import Export (Basic) plug-in on my system, and found it was missing! I don’t how that could have been, I didn’t intentionally delete it. I tried re-intalling with an up-to-date version (1.4.3), but when I tried to activate the plug-in, I got a message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” The plug-in shows up as having been installed, but there is not an Import Export button available, which I believe should be present.

    Can anyone provide assistance how I can get this plug-in properly installed?
