• I wanted to install wordpress in a server for a site like I have done before, but in this particular case, it does not install the software, the main error message I get is that the software CAN’T conect to the database, I used IP address, user password, and ‘localhost’ like I used other times, and nothing.

I even contact support on the server provider and change the localhost for IP address, the user and password, still nothing, there are something that I could missed?
    the site is: https://www.beautyandnaturalcare.com.mx

  • It still seems like a connection problem. Did you happen to delete some of the needed php in editing the wp-config file? Perhaps try uploading a new wp-config.php file and then create a new username for your database with a new password and try using those settings in your wp-config.php. Also, many hosts require that the database name and username be preceeded by some prefix, so make sure those prefixes are included if they are needed.
