Can’t Install No Support No Response

I purchased the Gallery Bank Business Edition Wednesday and have spent at least 10 hours trying to install it. I’ve opened up 2 tickets but other than those annoying auto responses, I get no response. I’m stuck on a settings screen right now telling me that I, (system administrator with Admin privileges), don’t have sufficient access to make plgin changes and that I need to contact my system admin, (THAT’s ME!!!!!). I paid 79 euros for a lifetime license, silly me. When I went back to the confirm email I noticed it did not include my license # either.
