can’t install – no subfolders online

Sorry for my stupid question. I need some help:
After uploading all files I tried to launch /wp-admin/install.php in my browser as it is written in the readme-file. But there is no such file or folder on my server. I uploaded everything but there were no subfolders in my unzipped folder… how can I get to install.php?sunburner
