Can’t install any update (core + plugins)

I can’t install plugins or core update from the backoffice. First time it occures in 3 years…
There is nothing in the logs, owner is www-data, permissions are 775 on folders and 664 on files.
Here is the output in the backoffice:

Impossible to create folder
