I have two sites and both of them have this problem, I can upload them alright but can’t install it from the plugin page.

  • Hey!

If this happens for both installations that are on the same server, then could you please contact your web hosting provider about this issue and ask them what might be wrong. If the installations are on different web hosting providers, then what plugin and theme are you talking about. Have you tested the installing part with the default theme?

    Merry Christmas!

They are on same server. As a matter of fact, I can’t access any theme from within my admin page either, it must be uploaded.

I have created a support ticket with my web hosting provider, thanks.
