Can't install

When I installed this on my multi site it threw this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/J/u/l/JulieKrejci/html/wp-content/plugins/plainview-activity-monitor/Plainview_Activity_Monitor.php on line 12
When I clicked the link to your website I landed on your default page but the tab says “Page not found”
