    Not sure what the issue could be. In as far as installation, Connections is no different from any other plugin.

    I think the first thing to try is go to your server error logs, they’ll be in webhost control panel, and see if there are any errors being reporting.

    If there are not any errors, another item to trying is increasing the memory allocated to PHP. Here’s an excellent blog post that explain multiple methods. Which will work for you will depend on your host.

    I don’t know what the issue was either, but as a workaround I unzipped the file and uploaded it to the plugins folder via FTP. That worked.
