Can't install

  • The plugin won’t install for some reason. I get this: Could not create directory. C:/Users/David/Documents/Documents/IvyJane-MainSite/InstantWP_4.3/iwpserver/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/upgrade/zwoom-woocommerce-product-image-zoom-extension-by-wisdmlabs.tmp/zwoom-woocommerce-product-image-zoom-extension-by-wisdmlabs/wisdm_sidebar

    I am using the Woo Theme Sliding and I am developing the site on InstantWP. I have installed other plugins without a problem.

    Any ideas why it won’t install? I have tried to install it through the plugin install panel and by unloading.

    I am sorry but I have not used Instant WordPress. Therefore I won’t be able to advise on what the exact issue is behind this.

    Can you try installing ZWoom plugin manually?

    Hello and sorry for the late reply.

    Yes, I have tried to install the plugin manually and I get the same message. I am going to guess there is a conflict somewhere in the PHP code, but that is only a guess. I will have to wait until the side goes live and figure it out from there.
